Generated Content

AI-generated images created through our Service are yours to use for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable laws. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws.

Our Content

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by HolyShot.ai. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of our Service.

6. Credits & Payments

  • Our Service operates on a credit-based system
  • Credits are purchased and used for image transformations
  • Credit prices are displayed at the time of purchase
  • Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value
  • Unused credits may expire according to our policies
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

7. AI Technology Limitations

You acknowledge and understand that:

  • AI-generated results may vary in quality and accuracy
  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes or likeness preservation
  • Some transformations may produce unexpected results
  • Processing times may vary based on demand

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOLYSHOT.ai SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.
